These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website 101danzestudio.com (the “Site”) and all services, classes, and programs (collectively, “Services”) provided by Danze 101: Studio of Dance (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site, registering an account, or enrolling in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. If you are agreeing on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their compliance.

2. Enrollment & Registration

  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Eligibility: Enrollment in classes is subject to availability, age requirements, and skill level as determined by the Studio.

3. Fees, Payments, and Billing

  • Tuition & Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees (tuition, registration, costume, etc.) as published by the Studio at the time of enrollment.

  • Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees to that method on the due dates.

  • Automatic Payments: For monthly tuition plans, you authorize recurring automatic charges until you provide proper notice of withdrawal per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Late Payments: Accounts more than 15 days past due may incur a late fee and/or result in suspension from classes until the balance is cleared.

4. Studio Policies & Student Conduct

  • Attendance & Punctuality: Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time, properly attired.

  • Code of Conduct: We maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. The Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student or family whose behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund.

  • Health & Safety: You acknowledge the physical nature of dance and assume all risks of injury or illness. You agree to inform the Studio of any relevant health conditions. Students participate at their own risk.

  • Property: The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on its premises.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Studio Content: All choreography, class materials, videos, music arrangements, and website content are the intellectual property of Danze 101: Studio of Dance and are protected by copyright. They may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

  • Recital & Media: The Studio may photograph or record classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. By participating, you grant the Studio a non-revocable license to use such media. If you wish to opt out, you must submit a written request to the studio manager.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DANZE 101: STUDIO OF DANCE, ITS OWNERS, INSTRUCTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, SITE, OR FACILITIES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO THE STUDIO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Danze 101: Studio of Dance and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your (or your dancer’s) use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Modifications to Services & Terms
We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, fees, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via email or posted prominently on our Site. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to our community, at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.
